The Moreno Wall Clock is made by Seth Thomas and features a carved wood case and faux keyholes. The case is antiqued brown and oversized. The clock features Arabic, subsecond, and three minute intervals dials. It stands 21.5" in diameter and 1.75" in deep. Your clock will need 3 AA batteries (not included).

Seth Thomas Facts

| Seth Thomas started in the clock business working for Eli Terry in 1807 when he was 22 years old. Thomas purchased the clock business from Eli Terry in 1810 but two years later he sold it so he could move to Plymouth Hollow, Connecticut and open a new metal-movement clockmaking business. The Seth Thomas brand has been a respected name since those first metal-movement clocks were sold in 1813. Seth Thomas died in 1859 and 16 years later the town of Plymouth Hollow was renamed to Thomaston in his honor. |
